Noah, Junior Ranger Activity Book

National Parks are a place where kids and adults can learn about nature, conservation and U.S. history, and Noah and his mom have been to over 30 locations!

Noah, Junior Ranger

Explore. Learn. Protect. The Junior Ranger pledge is recited by children around the country, each taking an oath to protect parks, continue to learn about parks, and to share their own ranger story with friends and family. And that's exactly what Noah does!

Different But The Same

This book provides a warm and wonderful tool for parents and teachers to use when talking to children about those who are different from themselves due to disabilities.

Noah Goes To Camp

Noah’s going to overnight camp! For an entire week! Tag along as Noah meets new kids, makes new friends, and does things he’s never done before.

Meet Noah. Noah was born 14 weeks early, and weighed just 1 lb 10 oz.

After 154 days in the NICU

Noah went home with the doctor’s somber prediction that he’d be little more than a vegetable.

Fast forward, and today Noah is a tough, funny, smart, talented and mischievous 12 year old whose mom is always introducing him to new adventures. Among his many activities, he is also an abstract artist, and recently held his first gallery exhibition at the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art in Augusta, GA.

Naomi sums up her and Noah’s life this way: “On paper Noah is a train wreck, and by medical standards he doesn’t have ‘quality of life’. However, Noah actually has an amazing life. It’s not an easy life for either of us, yet we live out loud, are comfortable with the uncomfortable, and do everything we want and can afford. We’ve learned to adapt to this differently-abled ride called disability.”
